FAQ

Our menu in the app is unified and balanced, including all groups of products. For a menu individually tailored to your preferences and health conditions check out our The Body: Care program.

For minor changes, in our monthly subscription you can always reach out to our nutritionists for ingredient substitutions or to get help with recipes

You can use a free version of our application to calculate your macro and calorie requirements.

We pre-calculate these values for every day in our menu, including around 1300-1400 kcal worth of meals, as well as snacks for adjusting intake to your specific requirements.

Most recipes require either a stove or an oven (or slow cooker). If you only have access to a stove, some recipes (baking) might need to be replaced. Multiple snack options are always provided.

The menu is designed for 1 week’s nutrition of a single person (1300-1400kcal per day).

First you would take into account each family member’s individual macro and calorie requirements.

For example, if you need 1500kcal, you could either increase the size of your meals or add a snack(fruits/nuts/etc are provided as ideas) for 100-200 calories

For a male you would increase the meal size by 1.5 to accommodate for a 2000kcal requirement

For a child your would decrease the meal size to accommodate 1000kcal requirement.

This way you adjust the total meal size to suit your family’s needs.

If your child already consumes all included products, then it will be suitable. You may need to limit or exclude certain spices, overtly salty products and sweets for the child’s meals.
