FAQ

Unlike the main Care course, After Care shifts focus from the general course program to personalized goals with continuous support from curators.

Some participants may continue to work on losing weight, improving lab test results, some maintain weight, or undergo detox. Each person sets their work plan and goals with a nutritionist and follows them.

From the main course, feedback on nutrition and a chat for answering questions are retained in the app. It is the core function of the course. The rest of the group’s content depends on the participants' goals.

The Body: After Care program is almost always available, but we divide it into 8-week periods, each with a different theme and content. We launch six such groups per year. You can join at any time, not just at the start of a program. For details and available options, contact the curator.

Yes, it will be. The program offers an individual approach, and we tailor our work to your current stage, condition, and goals.

Feedback on your food diary in the app and team chats for questions (individual and group) are core to the program. As with the Care course, you will receive daily support from a nutritionist. Your meal routine will be updated based on the current questionnaire, goals, and lab test results (if you choose to provide them).

Yes, you can provide lab work or undergo a full check-up if it has been a while since your last one.

Personal support from a coach is the same as it was in the Care course. The coach provides a weekly training plan tailored to you in the app, updates your program each week, answers your questions, and communicates with you personally.

The general training plan includes three workouts per week in the app that are the same for everyone. No direct communication with the coach is included in this case.

If you need general background information or an updated lesson course, repeating the Care program may be better.

If you need to address personal questions and work on nutrition, After Care is suitable.

Payment for the course is typically made in full before the start. However, if you need to arrange a payment plan in installments, we can discuss it individually.
