On August 31 we launch the next group of The Body: Care.
Three months of complex work on body and food routines
for both women and men
but also habits,
These are the way we eat and what we eat, the lifestyle we lead, the way we treat ourselves and our reflection in the mirror, the way we judge and take care of ourselves. We are often chronically unsatisfied with ourselves. We separate ourselves from our bodies and believe that they owe us something. But it doesn't work. No amount of restrictions and restrictions can help you to finally hear your body and like yourself in your reflection.
At The Body School, we create a culture of relationships with the body and food - routines that become a new normal and lead to results that last. When we create new rituals for one person, they share them with their loved ones.
As a result, we see changes in the eating routines of entire generations: better health for parents and a foundation for a conscious relationship with food for children, satisfied partners, and most importantly, a sense of peace about your body.

Cooking with pleasure is an essential routine.
No, participation in group chats is not obligatory. You will have personal chats with curators, which will be sufficient for effective work. Group chats are available on demand and for community support when needed.
Yes, we can use your previous lab work as a reference. Health status check helps us tailor your diet and training plan effectively. If you’re unable to provide recent lab work, let us know, and we will offer alternative in-depth assessments without laboratory indicators.
We can recommend partner laboratories abroad and provide guidance on how to arrange lab work through an insurance company.
Click the "Pay in Instalments" button and complete the payment process. Payments will be automatically deducted once a month during three months.

No, the price of the program covers consultations and interpretations of lab results by specialized doctors. However, for participants currently in Ukraine, we offer bonuses and promo codes for lab tests at partner laboratories.
Your primary contact will be the curator-nutritionist, who will relay feedback from other specialists and provide daily personal comments. You’ll also work with a fitness coach who will tailor your training program to your plan. Additionally, a team of doctors, including a therapist, gastroenterologist, and endocrinologist, are responsible for monitoring your health. Educational materials will also be prepared by nutritionists, a psychologist, and a food technologist.
The Body: Care is a group program with a personal touch. We can call this a combined way of work. You'll participate in lessons and online meetings with a group, but the development of your nutrition and training plan, as well as support and recommendations, are individualized. You will have a separate chat with your nutritionist curator to discuss your personal results.
The $500 cost for the 3-month program covers daily work of the team on your result, feedback, and educational materials:
A personal nutrition plan is an adaptive scheme that outlines the weight and combination of macronutrients (calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates). It can be tailored to your preferences. While we don't prescribe specific dishes, we assist in creating balanced meal plates for each meal.
You will be in touch with the nutritionist-curator and other specialists via the app’s chat.
Of course, we tailor all recommendations specifically for you. At the start of the course, you’ll complete a questionnaire where you indicate any relevant details, and we’ll use this information to customize your nutrition and training plan.
We recommend keeping a food diary during three months to help establish a routine. The curator-nutritionist will review the diary daily and provide feedback or recommendations on it. If using the diary is inconvenient, you can also communicate directly with your nutritionist through the chat.
Yes, the app will always be available to you.
Each person approaches the process in his own way, but cooking will not take longer than usual.
For training, you should allocate between 15 minutes to 1 hour each day, three times a week. Lessons vary in length but typically last no longer than 30 minutes each.
